Shipping and Delivery

1. Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 48 hrs on business days after receiving full payment or order confirmation. Custom orders or personalized items may require additional processing time.

4. Domestic Shipping:
- We provide domestic shipping services within India. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days for delivery. However faster shipping is subject to extra charges accordingly.

5. International Shipping:
We currently do not provide international shipping.

6. Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number(within 48 hrs). You can track your order using the provided tracking information.

7. Delivery Delays:
- We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, customs delays, or postal service interruptions. We will, however, do our best to assist you in any way possible to track and resolve delivery issues.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages:
- In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or stolen during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation and assist you in finding a resolution.
